Who can attend?  
Junior Camp is for children who have COMPLETED 4th through 6th Grades.

Primary Camp is for children who have COMPLETED Kindergarten through 3rd Grades.

Campground Information:  
Camp is held at Wheat State Camp, 11177 S.W. 87th, Augusta, KS 67010, (316) 775-6791. This number is for emergency use only.
Online Registration:  
Each church can register online (click here). It really makes our job easier if you do this. However, if you have 5 or more campers and/or workers coming, you MUST register online.
Online Registration Confirmation:  
As soon as we are able to process your online registrations, we will mail your church a list of your registered campers. Please confirm this list and call if there are any discrepancies.

Payment and Required Forms:  
Camper Health Information Forms, Camp Worker Authorizations, and Teen Health Information Forms must be mailed to the Camp Director by the deadline date. Payment for camper applications must be received by the deadline date.
Cost:  
Junior Camp is $99 and Primary Camp is $89. A late charge of $15 will be applied to all applications not received by the due date. No refunds will be made after July 2, 2008, except those which are approved by the Camp Director.

Deadline dates:  
  • Worker Applications are due by June 23, 2007
  • Camper Applications are due by June 23, 2007
  • A $15 late fee will be assessed after this time.
  • Late applications will be received until June 27, 2008

Medication Requirements:  
Please refer to the Medication Packaging Requirements listed on the Camp Information Sheet. Urgent! All medications MUST BE GIVEN to the adult who is transporting your campers. Room assignments will not be given to any of your campers until all medications are accounted for and registered with the nurse.

Camp Security:  
Your child’s security is of utmost importance. Take time to read the Camp Security section on the Camp Information Sheet. This section contains important information for parents and those providing transportation for campers.
